Advance Manifest Security Charge

Charge for advance cargo declaration to US Customs/ Canada Customs for cargo to be loaded on a vessel at a non-US port

Amendment for Advance Manifest Security

Charge for correcting cargo declaration after submission cut-off as published due to error or omission by Shipper or their agent.

Administration fee for Change of destination 

Charge assessed for changing destination of the cargo after loaded on board the feeder vessel or trunk vessel on top of additional operation handling cost

BL amendment fee  

Fee charged whenever there is an amendment to BL after BL issuance

B/L or Release Order Re-issuance Fee

Charge assessed when shipper, consignee or their agents request to re-issue the Bill of Lading or Release order due to whatever reason

B/L surrender (Telex Release) Fee

Charge assessed when shipper request for cargo release instructions for a given shipment upon the surrender of related Original Bill of lading

BL amendment fee for change of Rate Agreement Party

Charge assessed when shipper or their agent requests for changing the B/L parties as a result in application of a different rate agreement of the related B/L.

Bounced Check Administration fee

Charge assessed on if the cheque presented by a Customer in payment to OOCL is bounced by the bank

Container Cleaning 

Charge assessed when the container is required to clean after empty return

Change of container status to CY or CFS (Late declaration to terminal)

Charge assessed when consignee or their agents request to change the traffic mode from CY to CFS or vice -versa less than 48 hour before vessel arrival

Container Lifting/ Shifting  charge (in Yard) 

Charge associated with shifting/lifting of container within terminal/depot at shipper request due to whatever reasons including but not limited to container rework, holding/cancel shipment, change of vessel, change of destination, special stowage requirement  etc.

Customs Inspection & Quarantine Administration Fee 

Administration Charge assessed on the application of “Certificate of Non-Manipulation for Frozen meat/poultry/fruit import to China” at Hong Kong on top of the actual handling charges

Late SI submission fee

Charge assessed if shippers or their agents submitted the Shipping Instruction (SI) later than the OOCL published SI cutoff

Late pick up of Original B/L or late Payment fee

Charge assessed on Late Pick Up of Original Bill of Lading or Late Payment of Freight if the Original Bill of Lading is not picked by the Shipper and/or the Prepaid Freight and Charges for Original Bill of Lading/Seaway Bill of Lading are not paid within 14 days after vessel departure

Licence Adminsitration Fee

Charge assessed if Shipper or their agents submitted retrospective license to OOCL or late submission of original license after the 10th day of vessel’s departure

Old document search fee

Charge assessed if shipper or their agent requests a copy of Bill of Lading with the vessel on-board date more than 6 months prior to the request date

Switch B/L Fee

Charge assessed for switch B/L arrangement to recover the coordination and administrative work involved. It is charged per B/L.

SI Amendment Fee

Charge assessed on correcting the SI data after our published SI submission cut-off 

19

Vessel Certificate fee

Fee assessed when BL parties request for the issuance of a customized vessel certificate

Outport BL fee

Fee assessed when B/l printing is requested at any office other than origin or destination offices.
